Chosen Solution I recently replaced the bottom LCD on my DSI XL, and after I reassembled it, it won’t power just a flicker and that’s it. I thought maybe the directional pad power circuit board was bad and replaced it, still the DSI XL won’t power on. It is often the case that cable (either in driver’s or passenger switch console) connectors become loose get unplugged and windows stop working. Chosen Solution Have an unusual repair job here, Verizon CDMA model iPhone 4 16GB factory white phone coming in having both ambient light and proximity sensors inoperative. Small shroud gasket from factory is intact (this is the thing people try to replicate with the black electrical tape). UV filter over proximity sensor from factory is intact. Believe the front screen to be non-OEM, back glass looks OEM. Phone appears unmolested internally (all screws of the right size in the right place)....
Chosen Solution ive found that my sega cd is not reading disks ive had the unit apart and found that the laser will attempt to find the disk but the motor wont spin the caps on the board appear to be fine as do the other components i have attempted to clean the lens to no avail and suggestions as the what the problem could be? Carter Logan make sure that the nylon gears on the the sled drive are in good working order and do not have any broken teeth etc....

Chosen Solution I received an iMac with the screen entirely taken off, I believe they tried to remove the hard drive before getting rid of it. In the process they damaged almost every connector from the LCD to the board, at least slightly. With great precision I think I salvaged the connections and the display seems to be working fine. So I put a new HDD in the machine, booted from USB to High Sierra, initiated the install from the first menu that lets you use Disk Utility, install, etc....

There will be many other items to work through, however. The driveshaft may be a different length. As noted the final drive gear ratio may be different, so it’s hard to guess how it will perform. If it is the inside it seems like the LCD if you can’t see anything or it maybe the digitizer that was cracked. If you can see it then its the top glass. Chosen Solution I, unfortunately, dropped my Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s. Though I had a screen protector and a durable case, it hit at the right spot and annihilated a piece of the side. It broke the screen and the LCD as it pooled. However, a sizeable chunk is gone and I do not know if I need to just replace the screen and LCD or if the whole frame is too far gone as well....

Chosen Solution I have a whirlpool dishwasher WDF520PADM7. About 3 years old. The dishwasher will fill up with water but then does not wash. It seems like it thinks its going through the cycle because the soap dispenser pops open. But all it does is fill up and drain. Chosen Solution I replaced my original thomson drive with a samsung drive and it worked perfectly for about a week. Now when i open the disk drive to change games it will not close. The drive opens with no issue, but pushing the button to close it does nothing. I have seen that the samsung drive has a reputation for sticking and not opening, but i am having the opposite issue....

A friend at work gave me his two also broken Macbook airs as he doesn’t want to deal with Apple products at all anymore....
