Chosen Solution I have had issues with my convenience control unit and the VW garage said I had a leak and this unit was wet, They cleaned it out and dried out the unit, Everything worked fine after this, Before this happened I had a new battery fitted as it kept running out of charge. This was all 2 months ago now. But recently the battery is dying again. It has been in the garage and they say the battery is fine, They think it could be the alternator or a belt attached to this, They want to replace the belt first to see if this solves the problem....

Chosen Solution If you have access to a pc, you should be able to access and copy your “documnts” folder which contains all your books. Use your usb cable to connect then copy all your non-amazon books off since you can get the amazon ones from there.

Device functions while there is a charged battery in it but does not charge the battery. Chosen Solution Surface wont power on, i suspect the hard drive is fine can it be recovered? Absolutely! If you wish to reuse the data on the Hard Drive you can when you get a new computer. Just note that if you try to boot from that hard drive on another computer that you will need to put in the product key for windows that you have on your broken computer....

Chosen Solution I have a 2nd generation iPod Touch that I don’t use anymore (I upgraded to a 4th generation) but I just wanted to ask this question, as I occasionally use it for certain things, and it almost always has a new discolored pixel. That symptom sounds like a broken lcd. You should replace the lcd with a new one by following the guide here. Be careful as iPod Touches are quite hard to repair....

Chosen Solution Hey everyone, This isn’t so much a question as a word of advise. Do NOT attempt to replace the keyboard on this device without purchasing a new palmrest/top case as well. The keyboard is held in by what looks like plastic rivets, and is VERY difficult to replace on your own. I’ve attempted a keyboard-only repair a few times, and I won’t let it happen again. It takes much too long to tear off all the plastic rivets and glue the new keyboard down, and you end up with a less than satisfactory repair every time....

Chosen Solution Philips tv doesn’t show picture but audio is there vinodnaik12 this will depend on your exact model. Could be a main board issue as well as a T-con board issue. You also need to check the power board to ensure that you get the proper voltages to your display. Let us know what model this is and if/when you remove the back cover from your TV post some good pictures of all of your boards so wee can see what you see....
