Chosen Solution I’ve just dropped my iPhone SE. It landed on its back within its protective case and there is no visible damage. However when turning the screen on it lights up as normal and then very quickly darkens with a red colour wash and pixelation. I have rebooted it, tapped the corners and squeezed the front to the rear all to no avail. Chosen Solution Hi, My computer is working fine except sometimes I cannot make it go to sleep. I hear a noise that seems to come from the fan, I assume is the fan because the computer works perfectly fine. The sound is like a motor been tired a constant sound like and rrrrrrr..rrrrrrr.rrrrr. Chosen Solution During a screen replacement, I have damaged two resistors on the logic board FL15 and C194. As a result, front camera does not work. When I switch the camera from rear to front, the screen stays blurry and the app freezes. After looking closer at schematics, FL15 seems to be related to front cam and C194 seems to related to proximity sensor (which is strange because proximity sensor seems to be working okay)....

Bryan Make sure the charging port you replaced it with is the correct carrier. SAMSUNGS have different hardware and radios between each carrier. Try installing a new charging port matching the original that was in the phone and go from there....

Chosen Solution i dropped my phone. Bounced of the edge of sink .. water was running but I think I caught it before it hit the water. When I touched it, it didn’t appear to be wet. Worked for 2 or 3 hours and then it started acting up and I can’t unlock the phone now. Still receiving calls, emails, text, etc. and it charges. any ideas? Take it to a reputable phone repair shop to get them to look at it and see if they can fix it....

I rooted my canadian S7 g930w8 and it worked but then i tried installing xposed framework and sonething i didnt do properly so i tried reinstalling everything not knowing what i was doing… anyways, now i can get the pbone to turn on and boot to twrp or download mode but it wont a full boot for the main operating system. I didnt do a backuo either or took note of the exact numbers for the lhone to get thw firmware… when i plug odin it says: RW REV....

Chosen Solution My BeatsX will fully charge, and if held in the right position will connect. However, as soon as the wire by the charging port moves, it disconnects from the phone/shuts off. Chosen Solution So i have a samsung galaxy note pro 12.2 model is smp900 and it said it was charging but it wasnt, also it went dead and the problem is that when i try putting in the usb charger into the port of the tablet its hard to put in and it goes in eventuallly but the tablet doesnt respond and its dead. I really need a solution to this, is there somrthing wrong with the charging port idk help plzz....

Chosen Solution the button is not flush with the actual wheel it feels stuck, but yet it works if you press hard… Definitely use the click wheel button replacement guide. When you get the click wheel off of the board it sits on, you’ll see some tiny circular rubber bumpers, one on each button. You’ll find that the rubber bumper that holds the center button “up” has slid off to the side....

However, when I connect it to my PC and do the test it connects and all buttons register when pressed. Also connect using the DS4 Windows app. Blue light shows and even changes colour when I change it....

Chosen Solution My Corsa D is very weak on the first start of the morning (cold start) temperatures Arnt even that low 2-3 degrees its does pick up as the engine warms up but it never used to be like this. there’s no warning lights on the dashboard there is a lot of smoke but that’s normal. any answer is appreciated. Edit : What I mean by weak is in when driving of the first start in the morning the car is very sluggish and weak for a good half an our before it warms up...

Chosen Solution I have a cracked screen on my Lenovo Yoga 3 11, it works fine with the exception of the touch screen however in the corner the touch does still work, I am unsure exactly which parts need replacing and the cost involved? If you are saying it is cracked then it needs to be replaced. Check on ebay for the part cost. I usually unscrew the screen and check the model number/ part number on its back, and use this part number in ebay search....

Chosen Solution I’m trying to help a friend diagnose this. Small amount of water came out (pushed out of sealed bottle by flight air pressure) in a bag onto a MacBook Pro. Everything works ok except for a darker stripe on the right side of the screen, but the screen image is still there ok, but dimmer. When hooked to external monitor, the image is fine, so I’m thinking the motherboard is fine....

Chosen Solution Good Morning, i have the phone of my mother in law and it’s rebooting continously when in standby. as long as the display is on, you can use the phone normal, but after locking it device starts to reboot again and again. did someone have this before? btw: Chargng is a little bit slow, but i think it’s because of the reboots (more power needed). @m0ddmylife What happens if you start the phone in safe mode?...

Is this something that a novice can do? To Replace the Battery: Remove circular tape on bottom (may need preheat) Back out the two screws so that they clear the case Insert a flat edge between the loosened screws and twist CCW toward the slots Insert a flat screwdriver tip into each slot and push the entire assembly out of the case....

Chosen Solution trying to boot from supe rdrive..will not boot….and will not allow return to hard drive…have used all the key-stroke comb’s I can think of….have zapped pram…have used reset button….when super drive comes up monitor displays lock on left of screen bar to its right and arrow pointing to rt…..then text asks for password which is obviously different from my own password……..any suggestions before I heave this thing out the window?...

Chosen Solution iPad was working perfectly, then it was dropped. The drop cracked the digitizer but not the LCD panel. Now the iPad does weird things… The power button no longer works at all. Pressing it to turn on the iPad does nothing; holding it down to turn off the iPad does nothing; holding it and the home button does not make the expected screen capture. With the battery completely drained, I can plug it into a charger and it turns on....

Chosen Solution As soon as booting is done the 3 TB external drive is not detected. So, hoping there is a method, since during the boot process, Windows detected and reported the drive failing (and it will still report during boot even now) to access the drive in one mode or another. I am distraught and desperate but unable to spend big bucks for data recovery clean room techs to fix....
