Chosen Solution I bought a new Mac and find out an issue that some of the ISO files can not opened, like linux ISO. However, when I double click the Windows ISO, it mounts automatically. Disk Utility is able to open the ISO file, but I still don’t know if it can extract ISO files safely. Chosen Solution The button is working properly but the sensor is not working. To fix that, try to update the corresponding drivers: Right-click on the Windows key and select Device Manager. Chosen Solution computer in constant restart cycle I’m no expert but I had a Dell that did the same thing. Got it from a friend who was tired of it going through restart constantly. Issue was he had 3-4 anti-virus programs running at start up and each one was cancelling out the next, so it would begin to start and shut down for an endless loop. Usually a control-F11 or just F11 (depending on your computer) will start it in a safe mode and you may be able to check it from there....

It looks like a plain piece of glass like a lens filter then the lens behind it. that where the dirt is @wakefieldkid this “looks like a plain piece of glass “ does not sound like a dirty lens. Remove the CCD sensor and see if the filter is still in place etc. Use the manual for the disassembly and if you absolutely do think you need to get into the lens....
