What I can tell you is with the Intel models the SMC services which monitors your hardware for problems and manage the thermals have issues when you disconnect the battery. Between the loss of the battery thermal and voltage inputs your SMC will place the system into CPU Safe mode which ramps up the fans and lowers the CPU’s clocking....

I suggest you keep this as is, exhaust it completely before buying a new one alltogether

It sounds like there is a problem with the cold water inlet solenoid valve, not shutting off when it should. The solenoid valves are electrically operated but are mechanically closed and held closed by a spring. Update (01/20/2022) Yes sorry same model number Panasonic max2000 it powers on fine. No power on at all.. Tried to reset. Still nothing. I did clean up those points to no avail. it was switched to 110v and powered on when it should have been on 240v....
