Chosen Solution I have a 15 year old GE Profile Arctica SBS model# PSS29NHNA WW. Recently, both cripser drawers started freezing the contents. After several attempts to reset the temperature, the temps will not stay set and fluctuate(fridge 29-33 / freezer -3 to -1). Based on the research, I thought I would start with the temperature sensor/thermistor (WR55X10025). If I am reading the diagram correctly, it looks like there are 5 locations, 2 in the freezer and 3 in the fridge....

Now batteries at 4 volts. tested power switch which still clicks and test 0 ohms when pressed. held power button down for several different periods of time. Nothing. Charged for hours. Still Nothing. @glblac5 just because your battery sows some voltage does not mean that it provides the amperage needed to power your Kindle....

Chosen Solution So I just went through the lengthy process or replacing my swollen MacBookPro 15 batteries and everything looked great. Powered it back up and it recognized the new battery so all was good. In accordance with iFixit’s instructions I used it down to 10% (it was originally 26% on installation) without the power supply and then plugged in the PSU. After a restart an hour later I’m getting the X in the battery menubar and it’s telling me my new battery needs servicing - it’s at 1% !...

Since I had a warranty I return the phone to the shop where I bought it. You know the usually crap. And from there they sent it back to the constructor (I guess) anyway.
