Chosen Solution Hi everyone, THis is the issue we are facing. Our freezer is freezer only (no freezer fridge). It is working perfectly most of the time. However, sometimes, randomly, it stops cooling and the evaporator gets cold. it is not the defrostthe compressor is runningthe evaorator is not iced up, the evaporator is cleanit is working very very well most of the timeit happens even when the compressor is already running (as in i don t think it s an issue when the compressor starts, and the compressor is running and hot and cooling down the unit, then still running but the condenser gets cool and the freezer gets warm, while the compressor is still running and hot)the freon level is good (it works perfectly and goes down to -15 most of the time, except when it doesn’t as described)the evap fan is working Any idea ?...

Now it displays ok some but mostly the screen is full of lines. It still works only hard to tell what you are dong. Chosen Solution Late 2009 iMac 27" Hi, so I have a late 2009 iMac, in which i’ve already swapped the SuperDrive for a 500GB SSD using a carriage adapter. I set this as my boot drive with OS-X installed and it works great. A while later however, the factory HDD died so I want to remove it but don’t really care about replacing it with a new one. Maybe sometime i’ll add another SSD but can’t afford one now....

Try different CDs and DVDs, superdrives that haven’t been used for some time may become very picky, but once they start working things may get better. If it spits out disks it means it’s unable to read them, usually that’s due to a dirty lens. Easiest disks to read are the original music CDs, if it spits out those too, there’s not much to do except tearing the superdrive apart and clean manually the inside....

You can get it from places like this as well as many others. It is soldered to the logic board, so it will require some great skills and good tools. you will have to disassemble your phone and remove the logic board to get to the port....

Chosen Solution I installed a copy of windows xp recovery used by a Compaq Evo N100v that stopped working around 2007 onto this compaq presario Cq50-107nr. The computer will not connect via wifi because it might be missing a couple drivers for it and wont connect through ethernet. I need to activate windows and used the phone service option and the automated voice said the installation id was invalid. The xp running does not have any service packs....
