Chosen Solution Hello! I have an OEM charger for my laptop (Model number:DA130PE1-00), and after 5 years of use there are signs of wear right below the tip of the DC pin. There are three exposed wires - green, white and black. The insulation around the white and black wires has been damaged (apparently from twisting) and the wiring within is now exposed and frayed, as can be seen in the attached picture....

Chosen Solution I dropped a cell phone on the disc tray of my Xbox 360 when it was open. Now the tray won’t close and makes a clicking noise. How can I fix this? You have to take the console apart, remove the drive and take that apart. Take the tray out and realign. Pay attention to how the mechanism works before you mess with it. To take the tray out you will have to squeeze it from the sides to unhinge it from it’s plastic guide rails....

Chosen Solution Today i tried to fix my old DS-Lite (The case was broken) so i ordered a new one and swapped all the components over. Since i had a bit of trouble with the cable for the upper screen i think it may have got beaten a bit. When i turn the DS on the first right light flashes green for a second and the lower screen turns on for just a second then the DS shuts off....

I have connected 3 different Samsung Fast charger adapters with multiple cables. They all work on my Galaxy S6 but not on my Galaxy Note 4. I have replaced the battery with OEM and Non OEM batteries, replaced the charge port with an OEM charge port, and even replaced the screen with an OEM screen....

Twisting the MacBook directly and drying/cleaning the keys kept it alive (don’t think that the logic board got in touch with the fluid)… but around a day after, the mentioned keys are sticking (I think its the butterfly mechanism) from the dried tonic… any change to clean it or to change the impacted keycaps?...
Chosen Solution my phone , on the back on the camera part, it has the main camera and you can see 4 little hotels to the left and right of the camera, on the right one, the top hole that can be seen through the glass always gets like a fog on the glass and I have to clean it ,after a while it will happen over and over again. As it is an SMD (Surface Mount Device) type component which is directly mounted onto the systemboard, you’ll need SMD soldering tools and expertise to effect the repair. Hi, It could be a faulty fan or as I said it’s not passing POST. If the CPU fan is not working then most likely the CPU will be shutdown to prevent any damage occurring to it due to overheating. Most CPU fans have an rpm sensor and also a temp sensor embedded in them so that the BIOS knows what speed the fan is operating at (which also lets it know that it is working) plus the temp of the air being drawn over the CPU so it know how hot it is....

My Macbook 12" dosn’t charge the battery any more but i need to retrieve the data before letting it repair (apple swaped the usb-board and now wants to exchange the logic board). i then connected the logic board directly with a laboratory power supply and supplied it with 7.55 volts (that’s what it is written on the battery). The computer seems to start up, but ends with the sign, that i need to charge the battery first....

And how do I fix Make sure you have selected “Media Device” in the USB options (tap on the USB notification which shows when you connect your phone). Your stereo probably doesn’t support MTP, which is the protocol used by your phone....
