Chosen Solution The dart is loaded in the gunbarrel, then the three pins at the bottom of the barrel pushes it 2-3 cm out again, thus the gun won’t fire effectively. Any good solutions? Thank you:-) I fixed it! super easy! I have a firestrike and a sharpfire I think 3 darts is not enough so I grabbed some from my sharpfire. they worked for a while but then it stopped working....

Chosen Solution Recently bought a used Gamecube. It boots up fine and eventually gets to the menu screen displayed when there’s no disk. I do have a disk in it that works fine on my old Gamecube, but it says “no disk” when I select “Game Play”. If I open the lid and close it again the no disk becomes a question mark, before quickly reverting to no disk again. I can hear the disk spinning briefly before giving up when it decides that there’s nothing in there....

Chosen Solution I have just purchased a second hand Nintendo Switch. It didn’t come with a Nintendo power adapter. Do I have to buy a genuine/approved power adapter for the Switch to charge on the charging dock? If you can use the screen normally without major issues then yay you! If you have problems with the display assembly (ghost touching namely) then I would change it out. Chosen Solution If I put too much alcohol when cleaning does it hurt the cartridge 99% isopropyl alcohol should not damage the cartridge if you are using it to clean the contacts. If you get the alcohol on the cartridge’s label, it may remove the ink, or start to loosen up the glue that holds it on. Alcohol is not electrically conductive, and I have seen people spray it on running devices to try to track down shorts since shorted components get hot and cause the alcohol to evaporate from them more quickly than surrounding components....
Chosen Solution I recently stacked my dryer on top of my washer. A couple days in, I’ve noticed that getting very, very hot, even on the low temperature setting. Is this more likely due to the fact that my exhaust pipe kinks behind it now (it kinks twice), or a problem with some internal part? Thanks! If the exhausted is blocked, of course it is going to overheat. If you can’t get the hose unkinked you will need to put it back in its original configuration....
Chosen Solution I dropped my phone in water accidently but i took it out immediately and put it directly into rice for 24 hours. When i took it out the earbud jack seems to not be responding to the phone. It only stays in speaker mode and will not adapt to the earbuds. I think the pins inside the jack are stuck how do i fix it. it is probably to do with the water damage....

So we need a replacement; no idea what OS it was running beforehand. Have tried a replacement NVME drive and adapter with a USB High Sierra installer but the installer would always fail and restart. (As stated in previous question) I have now bought an NVME drive and adapter with High Sierra preinstalled, but it cannot boot into it....

Chosen Solution While replacing a battery I also disconnected the frontmodule on a iPhone 6 since the adhesive was really stuck on it. After the everything was done and put back into place the front camera didn’t work. Now when I try to use the front camera it’s either, all black, say the phone is too warm and need to cool down before using the flash or it uses the rear camera (with a new frame every 5 seconds or so)....
Chosen Solution Can the USB Port be changed? johnstopka, yes it can, but you may have to hunt for a replacement. Remove the logic board, remove the EMI shield which covers the IC’s and the port. Then unsolder the old and resolder a new one. Consider purchasing a broken Nuvi to harvest the port. Here is the guide for the logic board. If it is either because you need something off the device or for the sake of repairing a device and feeling the joy of being able to then go ahead....

If you can hear a slight amount of sound, it typically means the wire is loose from the speaker inside the earbud. If you cannot hear anything, that usually means; A. The wire has been disconnected from the speaker and needs reattached. Or B. The speaker has blown itself....
Chosen Solution The manual for my 1994 fzr 600 says my float height is 3.4-4.4 mm The lowest setting measuring the float upside down with the float needle depressed is 7mm pulling the float to its max height is 11 mm Iguessing t=9.5 mm is the proper height. but doeas anyone know for sure? @ronpetrone ,ron, Check the links for float adjustment. Chosen Solution I’m assuming what’s pictured is the guard raised to keep the disc in the optical drive when one is inserted. Utilizing the manual release did not lower it. Resetting the device in safe mode did not resolve the issue. Am I correct in assuming this is what keeps the disc in the drive? Any idea on a manual reset? I can press it down but it pops right back up....
