Chosen Solution I’ve sprayed an amount of contact cleaner to my scroll wheel because its not responsive if i click it. Luckily, after spraying, it worked but paid a bigger price for it. My mouse won’t move anymore but my left and right click is still working. My question is can you replace the sensor only and not the entire motherboard? Most likely, no. Even if you could, it would probably be difficult to buy a new sensor....

Chosen Solution i have canon 60d and it tell me card write protected error when i insert a carrd into it. i have tried 4 cards already and its not the card lock issue. the same card works in other camera. i read in forums its issue with card reader in 60D. would like to if there is any known fixes for this? Chosen Solution I have a Quest since it came out - and LOVE it. Has anyone successfully replaced the internal battery? Mine is ok at the moment, but I dread the thought it may die and ..what then? Still does 12 hours of GPSing - great on the Motorbike, no wires needed All the new ones only do 5 hrs when new :( This is the only thing I found on it, looks like it’s possible but you can’t get a battery specifically for it....
Chosen Solution I have a mid 2012 unibody MBP with some odd power issues. It started when one of my chargers stopped working and I started noticing that the battery indicator would show an unusual amount of charge left such as %30 when I knew it should have close to %100, or the other way around. Then it began having red battery icons, and the laptop would intermittently just go into sleep or shut down completely when I would unplug my charger....

I tripped over my charger and the laptop fell down after opening and looking over with someone he came to realize that the charging is broken it did not turn no power but that’s the only that makes sense. Open your Yoga up and take a good look at the DC in Jack (soldered to the motherboard)....
Chosen Solution When the the charger cord is plugged into the phone, that end of cord makes a loud “tick tock” sound when I move the phone around……but it does charge at least, its just getting past this noise it makes. :( Is it the cord or is it the USB wall port?

We call this part a chin bezel plate. Sadly, replacement parts for this very new system are just not available yet! Chosen Solution So, like an idiot, I spilled some water on my latop. It was turned off but charging at the time. I disconnected the charger, wiped it down and left it to dry for 12 hours. Now the charger won’t charge the laptop. The magsafe doesn’t light up when the charger is connected and the computer won’t boot (the battery was empty when the computer turned itself off). From poking around here it seems like a common issue with water damaged DC-in boards....

Chosen Solution When the problem started, the MBP would not boot when the on button was pressed but 10, 15 minutes or 1 hour later whenever it felt like it… Now, it doesn’t boot at all, no sound, no chime, nothing but the fans come on and stay on as soon as the battery is connected or if the magsafe is plugged in whether the battery is connected or not and without pressing the on button....
Chosen Solution dropped i phone in water, had protective case on. Seems to be OK except that when I place a call and receive a call I cannot hear anything, the mute is NOT on. Chosen Solution I accidentally tipped my mixer over the kitchen counter top. Should I try repairing or is it not worth it? @iraman only you can answer that question. Repairing it might be a good idea depending on what is broken, availability of parts etc. It may not be a good idea if the parts that are broken are not available. So, you have to be the judge of that. Post some images so we we can see what is/might be broken etc....

Chosen Solution I get error E106 whenever I boot and when I try to update or factory reset I get E101. I used the factory update trick by holding eject and bind even after two beeps with a USB drive plugged in to instantly start updating but every time I try to update or factory reset I get error E101. When it says checking update, i checked on the drive and saw that it does move the update files to the disk but it doesn’t install them....
