The hazard is an electrical shock and/or fire. I would unplug it immediately but first throw the breaker on it before moving. Turns off after a few seconds sometimes longer, the pictures fine when it actualy works for a minute. no noises or shorting sounds I have the back off and by no means am I a TV repair man but I cant see any Obvious damage or burnt components. If so what is the difficulty level and skill needed? robjr that would be a 5/5 difficulty, if you have never done this before. First off you have to separate the glass etc. from the actual display without ruining the display. For that you need a heatsource (hotplate, heatgun etc.) a separating wire very thin and hard wire, UV loca loca glue remover, and the tools needed to disassemble our phone....

Sometimes it behaves like normal, but most of the times it does this thing where random touch inputs occur in a column in the middle of the screen. Edit: It seems like the orientation of the phone has something to do with the touch inputs. When I leave it screen down for a period of time it’s fine, but if I turn it screen up, after a while the random inputs start occurring again....

I can use a bluetooth board just fine. Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated. Don When you where lifting the center cells you may have damaged the keyboard ribbon cable. (The original battery was not holding charge well at all and the computer was a little bit slow, but didn’t appear to have other problems.) Chosen Solution When I start up the PS4 there is some air movement so I know that fan is moving, but it never gets faster. It also does not overheat and shutoff. I’ve replaced the fan and thermal paste to try and resolve this issue, but that did not do the trick. Hi! If the PS4 does not overheat, you don’t need to worry about it. If you don’t trust it at all, you could place a sensor to check the temperature....

Chosen Solution My laptop’s CPU is overheating and throttling with the slightest load, firefox or even chrome with a couple of tabs opened, utilization is as shown in the picture. I disassembled the laptop, cleaned out the fan properly, tested thermals again, with the same load, temps lowered about a 5 to 6 degrees on average, but the pc is still running ridiculously hot. My question is this, is there some software to control my fan speeds or do i need to replace the fan ?...
Chosen Solution Within the fan is a tachometer to monitor the fan’s RPM (feedback) that way the SMC logic can make sure to set the fan as the correct cooling level needed. The error PPF003 really doesn’t tell us if the fan its self or the controlling logic is the problem. The easiest way is just replace the fan to see if that solves the problem or not.
