Hi @j98 , Yes, you must install that bracket. If you do not, the button may not activate at all, or you may damage the cable for that button which would result in Touch ID never working again on the device....
Chosen Solution I got an Eee PC 1015 PN from my employer (they were getting rid of them) but it came without a power adapter. I do have a power supply capable of supplying the proper voltage and current so I only need to find a matching connector to hook the two together. However I struggle to find any mention anywhere online of the physical dimensions of that connector. Asus mentions them neither on their site nor in their user manual and every time I risk a web search I must swim through countless power adapter replacement ads which of course never mention it either....
Chosen Solution My iPhone 4s logo comes off and on when plugged to light and laptop, when you hold the home and power button it shows the connect to iTunes symbol but turns off immediately it’s disconnected from power source hence I think it wont format/restore properly, I have changed the battery (which is ok as it powers others), checked and made sure the battery connectors and terminals are in order yet the problem persist....

I got back in to run an errand 20 minutes later, put the key in and tried to start it. Chosen Solution Help! The tip of the charging cord broke off , and is stuck down in the charging port. I’ve tried to get it out , but no luck. Any advice? I’m thinking the screen has to be removed to get access to the port? Can a screen be removed without cracking it, or am I looking at replacing that too? Chosen Solution My optical drive on my day one xbox one was broken and non functional, so I removed it (all my games were digital downloads anyway). recently, Microsoft sent out an update that apparently included a hardware update that got me an error code E100 etc… Is there a work around for this? I’d rather not wait until I am able to buy a replacement. On the same note, I can’t force an offline update via usb either since the eject button in the “press and hold the BIND and EJECT button” step doesn’t actually operate anything....

Is this a fan issue or something bigger? It could be a fan issue, an issue with the fan controller on the board, an issue with the temperature sensors, or even a strange issue with software....

Chosen Solution On the GE overhead microwave there are 2 bulbs on the bottom. I need to know what bulbs to buy? Just look at the bulbs that were in there, they will have the correct info. If you dont have them, check your owners manual and if you dont have that for some reason, google the model of your microwave online and get a manual to look for the bulbs....
Chosen Solution A 2015 2.8ghz 16gb mbp logic board is $381. Would this work in a 2012 MBP retina body? swapping the logic board to get the faster processor? You could look into a site such as this http://www.powerbookmedic.com/ and enter information for both model numbers (and build year) and look to see what their part numbers are for each. If there is no shared replacement for both, and if the physical ports and other hardware have been changed (to not fit the case, etc) then the answer would likely be No....
Chosen Solution How to disassemble to get to switch Hi When you open the main body up you can replace the switch and motor However this isn’t recommended as it is a long and hard process and parts aren’t very common There aren’t many videos that I can find but most hand held dyson open the same way What I would do it replace the whole main body as they can be had at a low price without a battery or cyclone(you can swap them over from the one you have) But if you really want you could try and find the parts and attempt to open it but it’s up to you Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)...
Chosen Solution I ran a load on the Jeans cycle last night with the automatic time of 54 minutes. I paused the cycle at 26 minutes. Then I pushed Cancel and the cycle reset back to the original 54 minutes and would never clear off after pushing Cancel many times. I left the door open so it wouldn’t run and today all looked great. No lights or indicators on. I started a Touchup load on Low to test and after 2 minutes Paused and then Cancelled....

Chosen Solution My 2003 accura stopped entering reverse after a friend used my battery to help someone. The problem was fixed only for it to resurface again but all other gear selectors are working fine. Advise needed urgently please. I would try resetting the car’s computer through removing the battery negative terminal for around 10 seconds. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, I’d take it in to a mechanic (or auto parts store) to have them check for error codes via the OBD2....
