Chosen Solution I own a WowWee CHiP with accessories. These include the SmartBand. Somebody overstretched the band, and the bottom five small loops for the catch to go into have been stretched into squares. Does anyone know how to fix the small loops? Thank you very much! They are made of rubber, you won’t be able to fix overstretch. You should source a replacement.

Chosen Solution Dropped the impact driver in water now the battery and driver won’t work.. Can it be fixed? Unless you can clean the PCBs and replace the battery, I doubt it’ll survive especially if the motor is bad. I would get the battery replaced if possible, and then try to repair the bare tool. If the tool is beyond repair, then you will probably be better off replacing it with a “tool only” replacement, and letting them know the old one is dead due to liquid if you need to do that....

Chosen Solution the video went off and then the audio ,is there a reset ,or can I fix it dennis wilkie sorry not reset on those. It sounds like either a power board or main board issue. Let us know if you get a blink pattern from the front LED’s. After that, unplug your unit and take a look at the boards. check for any obvious damage like leaking or domed capacitors, loose cables etc....

Chosen Solution I purchased the RAM upgrade kit for a 2010 13” MacBook Pro model A1278 (2 x 8GB sticks), however the computer won’t boot after both sticks are installed. The white light lights dimly, but nothing else, including any beeps or tones. I think the new RAM is ok because I can use any combination of 1 old stick (2GB) and 1 new stick in any slots for a total of 10GB and the computer reflects that configuration as expected....
