Chosen Solution Hi I recently done a screen replacement and on calls the microphone and ear speakers doesn’t work although when using Voice memo it does work also when i use the app TestM when the earspeaker test is done it works, just not on calls any help would be helpful thanks for the ear speaker issue you most likely damaged the flex for the ear speaker/ prox / face id
Chosen Solution The Firestick and phone have to be on the same network in order for the app to work. Once you reset or changed your WIFI it severed the connection. Most TVS now have the HDMI -CEC connection which allows your firestick remote to control your tv but it most cases it works the other way around where your tv remote is able to control some functions on the fire stick....

They don’t just throw parts of the console away when repairing it… Phone xbox support, and explain that you’ve left a game in the console, they’ll put a note on the repair ticket. Chosen Solution Hi, This is really frustrating, my macbook air early 2015, is working fine one day and next day it flickers and I tried to reset smc but later on it, it was shut down completely. After showing to Apple store, due to moisture logic board replacement was suggested at almost 80% more expense which is lot on this dummy. So I shown it to some local apple experts, one has told me that main ic is damaged and somehow it took him 3 months to finally atleast start my laptop but at the cost of wifi, audio, battery, camera and Keyboard lights....

However, this unfortunately is not a Do It Yourself job until you have significant experience with soldering. Additionally, even if you have-soldered larger electronics, cell phone PCB’s requires a lot more care to prep before board rework so that you do not damage other components. A quick eBay search for “l52vl charger port" shows that it is easy to get yourself a new microUSB for around $5....
Chosen Solution Per instructions, after flushing the machine with vinegar, it said to let it sit for awhile then flush with water. I did. The machine took up the water from the reservoir but nothing comes out of the spigot after many tries. You can hear the machine doing something but nothing flows through. You can hear water gurgling inside the machine when moved but I can’t get at it. I guess it is clogged from scale thatI loosened up with the vinegar....

Chosen Solution I was looking at doing a battery replacement on a pair of Beats Studio 2.0 headphones that I picked up not working, but it looks like the problem is much more technical than a battery issue. It is as if the pair of headphones constantly “freezes”, requiring a hard reset (ie. press and hold power for 7+ seconds), often which follows with a 1-5 second proper function before “freezing” again....
Chosen Solution I dropped my phone and in the middle of the screen all the way to the right edge there is a crack and now a horizontal line and from there down the screen is white static and I can’t see anything but I can still click on apps. What is broken or need to be replaced? my guess is the entire display. Unless you have like 5 specific machines that will put all your cheap separate display parts together properly, I’d just look into the easiest display replacement method possible, usually a $40-60 part, a whole display, lcd+digitizer/glass, sometimes they’ll come with a mid-frame or whatever it directly connects to....

Chosen Solution The flip screen on my DCR-HC21 is responding to my touches but isn’t displaying anything other than an all black screen. Fixable? Worth repairing? Also I inadvertently shut off the viewfinder and, obviously, can’t locate the command on the touch screen to switch to it to even view a tape that’s running or what I’m recording. @steveyv shine a light at an angle across the LCD. See if you can make out silhouettes....
Chosen Solution I have a couple of late 2015 iMacs with the 1.6GHz i5. After looking at the insides and photos on eBay of 2.8GHz logic boards, I decided to take a chance and buy one. Replacement went smooth thanks to ifixit’s guides, but when I got to the display data connector, the connector on the 2.8GHz board is approximately 3mm wider than the one on the 1.6GHz board, and my display data cable does not fit....
Chosen Solution Sony Stereo Receiver comes on but display screen is black for about 3-4 minutes. Then works fine Not knowing the model, I can only take an educated guess on this one… Many of the Sony systems have LED or LCD displays on the front with multiple pins that protrude through the front PC board. Look at each end of a long series of pins which should be the display connections....
